SHIPPING
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from BayPhoto on the west coast of the USA. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. Shipping options include Standard, 2 Day and Overnight*. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your, order size, subtotal, physical dimensions and shipping destination. Tracking numbers are generated and emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
*Please know that your choice of shipping method does not affect the fulfillment period (time it takes to receive, print, check and package your order) - it only affects shipping time.
LARGE PRODUCTS & CRATE SHIPPING
USPS, UPS and FedEx handle large artwork with special care and shipment. Large artwork over 30" on the short side, or 40" in length are considered "crate or freight" and may incur additional shipping costs to be shipped securely and safely. Additional freight shipping fees will be included in your order total. Please allow additional time for freight delivery times.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
APO (Army Post Office) shipping is charged at full cost and is sent via USPS. International shipping to some destinations is possible, but we are not responsible for any import duties or taxes that might be required by your destination. Shipping quotes are available for select international destinations - please contact us and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Because every order is made custom for you, all sales are final. Please check your order carefully before placing it. In some rare cases, you can cancel your order if it has not already gone into production. Typically orders go into production within 24 hours of receiving your order, sometimes the same day depending on order time. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order and I will let you know if it's possible. Thank you for your understanding!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I want you to LOVE your photographs as much as I do. We will provide a no charge replacement for any quality issues resulting in the printing or shipping process. We may request photos of the damage or have the order returned to us and will provide a return shipping label. The same applies to orders damaged in shipping. For a refund or replacement, please contact us and we are happy to assist you.

WHY DON'T YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
As an independent artist, photographer and filmmaker, I stand by the quality of my work 100%. If your order arrived damaged, or incomplete - please contact us to start your claim. In order to create the best possible art buying experience for my customers all orders are custom printed and shipped on demand specifically for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for orders placed incorrectly, or by customer mistake. Please please check your order carefully before placing it. Thank you for your support!
HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?
We process refunds as soon as possible, on a first come first serve basis. If your order has been approved for a refund, please allow 7-10 business days for it to be processed.
